Devin Wineinger
Artist, Writer, & Cosplayer
Devin Wineinger is a 2D artist who loves to make unique artwork using colored pencils, markers, and/or paper. Her work often combines ordinary things together in extraordinary ways. She is also passionate about creating art that delves into the topics of emotions and mental health.
Wineinger received her BA degree from Washburn University in 2018. Her artwork has been exhibited in several art galleries, the Mulvane Art Museum, and has been featured twice at the NOTO Arts Center. Her work has also been published dozens of times in the Washburn Review newspaper and in the book Stories of Hope: A Book of Interviews from Around the World (2020).
In the spring of 2019, Wineinger started her own small business, Sparks & Steam. A shop dedicated to selling truly unique art and wares that have all been created or designed by Wineinger.
In 2023, Wineinger organized and curated “Mental Health in Art & Word” a mixed medium art show. The show featured 15 artists and writers and promoted mental health awareness while raising funds for the 988 National Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Wineinger recently illustrated a children’s book that will be published in the Spring of 2025. She is also in the process of writing and illustrating a dystopian sci-fi novel. In her free time, she enjoys creating and wearing a variety of cosplays, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family. She currently lives in Topeka, Kansas with her husband, son, and two cats.

We are blessed to be able to give to others. We gladly donate 100% of our fanart proceeds to World Vision! We also donate 12% of our regular sales between our local church, World Vision, Pre-Born & Voice of the Martyrs.
