We accept order cancellations on any order within 12 hours of placing an order.

We accept returns that are postmarked within 14 days of the date of delivery. If we receive a return postmarked after 14 days from the date of delivery, we will deny the return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns must be received in their original condition. Buyer is responsible for loss in value if an item is not returned in their original condition.

Damages must be reported within 7 days of the date of delivery.

All final sale items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

We do not allow returns, refunds, or exchanges on original artwork, art commissions, or personalized items.
