-Made using glossy white vinyl.
-Has a strong stick, but is removable.
-Sun & Water Resistant.
-Dishwater & Microwave Safe (Except when put on glass. Not safe for industrial dishwashers).
-Fridge and Freezer Safe (As long as applied at 50° F /10°C or warmer).
-Approximately 2in x 3.25in.

About the Art:
In my Mannequin series, I demonstrate various emotions and emotional subjects with a little steampunk flare. “Self-Help” is the sixth color pencil drawing in the series. For this piece, I started with the idea that a mannequin sewing herself up would be very intriguing to draw and the idea grew from there. I think that even though other people may want to help us, ultimately it is up to us to want to change, to put in the hard work, to adjust our thinking for the better, and to choose to believe what’s true. So ultimately that’s why I have the mannequin patching up her own heart. Mind you, she can’t fix herself completely on her own, she still needs to use needle and thread, just like we can’t fix ourselves without some help. But in the end, I decided this piece should be “Self-Help” because she, like us, still has to put in the work and decide she wants to be whole again.
